Vojtěch Janků is an independent IT delivery manager and business architect. For over fifteen years I have led the delivery of technically complex projects for manufacturing, automotive and digital platforms — while building and publishing my own web and mobile applications.
Profile
I work as an independent IT services contractor based in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic — serving clients in Prague, across the country and remotely. Over more than fifteen years I have moved from user support through analysis and project management to the roles of business architect and IT delivery manager — always on large, technically complex projects where business, manufacturing and software meet.
My job is to carry a project from requirement to working delivery — and to keep communication clear between business, development and vendors along the way.
I have worked for Škoda Auto, Carvago, Unicorn, Trask and others — on projects ranging from B2B portals and ordering systems through Industry 4.0 manufacturing digitalisation to car configurators used by thousands of customers.
Alongside client work I build and publish my own software — web and mobile applications that I design, code and operate myself. The business is registered as a developer in Google Play Console and holds a D‑U‑N‑S identifier.

Working as product owner and product manager. Roadmap, backlog prioritisation, stakeholder communication and accountability for a product family.
In-house app development
Design, development and operation of web and mobile applications, including progressive web apps (PWA), and publishing to Google Play.
